I am a final seat Trainee Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation department – I am due to qualify in September 2025!

I learned a great deal in my first seat as a Trainee Solicitor in the Commercial Property department. I drafted Leases (for both landlords and tenants) and also assisted on a number of sale and purchases of mid to high value commercial properties. My second seat in the Family department involved working on both finances on divorce and private children law matters, together with injunction work. I worked with Counsel and attended Court in relation to a variety of cases, including return hearings for non-molestation and occupation orders and a 2-day final hearing in relation to a children matter. In my third seat in the Corporate & Commercial department, I worked on a number of restructuring matters (including company share buybacks and voluntary strike offs), together with M&A deals. I also provided company secretarial assistance to clients and other departments at the firm.

I have over 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in the Private Client department. During my time as a Paralegal, I helped to prepare various documents, including Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorneys, and assisted fee earners with the administration of a number of estates.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2021.
