Niamh Moore

I am a Chartered Legal Executive in our Residential Conveyancing Department, based in Harpenden.

I began my apprenticeship at Taylor Walton in 2015, qualifying as Chartered Legal Executive in 2023 after completing my studies.

I deal with all Residential Property aspects, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity matters, for Freehold and Leasehold properties.

I understand that the conveyancing process can be a particularly stressful time for clients. That’s why I focus on easing that burden by managing each transaction with efficiency and care. My goal is to provide clear, practical advice at every stage, offering consistent support to ensure a smooth and straightforward experience.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2015.
