I am a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Residential Property Department, based in our Luton office.

With over 15 years in the industry, I am experienced to handle all residential property matters including freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and equity release and I regularly act for both individuals and companies/investors. With a lifelong residency in and around Watford, I have an unparalleled understanding of the neighbourhoods, allowing me to navigate property transactions in the area with ease.

Having previously acted in-house for a mortgage lender I have a good knowledge of the mortgage process, which adds another layer of understanding.

I have particular expertise of new build sites having been regularly recommended by local estate agents and developers.

I aim to make the conveyancing process as easy as possible for my clients with clear communication and straightforward advice to reduce the stress of moving.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2014.
