I’m a Trainee Solicitor, currently in my third seat, with the Commercial Litigation team in Luton.

My role as a trainee involves working on client matters under fee earners’ supervision.

My second seat was with Corporate & Commercial and included mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and commercial contract reviews. I also regularly liaised with Companies House concerning company filings and secretarial work.

My first seat was in the Commercial Property department, where I assisted in all aspects of commercial property, including development acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant work.

Before starting my training contract, I worked as a Paralegal in the Private Client department, supporting fee earners on a range of matters, from Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney to probate and trusts.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2022.
